Stephanie Mason - Front Office

I grew up in Beaverton, Oregon and attended Sunset High School. I went to Portland State University for a couple of years, and then was accepted to the Dental Assisting program at Portland Community College. I became a Certified Dental Assistant, and have spent my adult life in the dental field.

I have had the opportunity to live in some other places in the United States, but have settled back here and have now been with Dr. Hongo for 17 years as his receptionist and bookkeeper.

My favorite part about my job is the relationships I have with our patients and my co-workers. We have all been with Dr Hongo for a long time, and we are like a family. It's nice to work in a peaceful environment that allows us to care for the patients that come to us for their dental needs.

In my leisure time I love spending time at home in my garden, or time cooking in the kitchen. Walking for exercise is also one of my hobbies. My children are grown and married and have given me two wonderful grandchildren to enjoy.
